Every dinner begins with a generous canape for you to enjoy as your table is set for dinner.
In addition to this seasonal menu, each day Paul prepares the “Chefs dinner” which is the dinner of the day or the "plate de jour".
The Chefs dinner is included in all our intimate and indulgent packages.
Beef fillet roasted to perfection, served with Madagascan green peppercorn sauce, hand cut chips and a salad of seasonal greens
Vegetable Tagine with couscous, condiments and a salad of seasonal greens
Duck roasted whole with cardamom, honey & rosewater, served with stir-fried seasonal vegetables and locally grown potatoes
