This small selection of wines on our summer wine list are for your enjoyment and convenience. However, we encourage all our guests to visit some of these great wineries and bring back a favourite bottle or two to enjoy with your romantic private dinner or your secluded candlelight outdoor spa bath.

Morning Sun Pinor Noir - $38.00
A ripe forward pinot with delicious wild berry red fruits, sour morello cherries and Chinese five spice complexity. Morning sun is a great new vineyard and worth a visit.
Morning Sun Pinot Grigio - $29.00
Trophy winning Pinot Grigio with a beautiful nose, lovely texture, displaying green apple and Nashi pear characteristics. Mild spice on the back of the palette from old French oak influence.
Rageous - Sangiovese, Shiraz and Pinot Noir 2008 - $25.00
This innovative and unusual blend for Australia is in a league all of its own. Rich, ripe and beautifully structured. Made by Kathleen Quealey who is now at Merricks General Store – Kathleen is not shy in her approach to wine and you really should pop into the renovated old school house to taste her wares. Make sure it is around lunch time because their menu is great and their food delicious.
Quea!y Pinot Grigio 2010 - $25.00
Colour; pale lemon with pale green hue. The aroma has gentle aromatics melding to wild honey, salt air with hints of cool briny rock pools. A superb and unusual wine, it really does taste like the sea.
Boyz Chardonay 2006 - $29.00
Fresh fruit drive with delicious citrus & stone fruit flavours, oak is very much in the background. We had the privilege of catering for Five Sons Estate for over 6 years before it was recently sold. What a wonderful opportunity and probably the best working relationship we could ever have hoped for. The vineyard is now closed and this is all that is left – easy to drink.

Red Hill Golden Ale - $6.50 per beer
Made at our very own local brewery – located up in Red Hill – they can get very busy, be slightly more than just arrogant (so it could impact on your peninsula experience) but they make a great beer. Worth a tasting tray!
